© Enid Morning News Enid, Oklahoma July 6, 1977 August 17, 1899 ~ July 6, 1977 Services for Roy Robert Harvey, 77 of 1111 West Randolph, Enid, who died Wednesday in a local hospital following a period of illness, will be at 2 pm Saturday in the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev Loy Watson officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Born August 17, 1899 and raised in the Hennessey area, he worked as a heavy equipment operator in construction in various places in Okla. and Kansas. He married Mildred Lindley April 30, 1930 in Liberal, Kansas. They followed the construction business for a few years before coming to Enid in 1937. Except for living a few years in Wichita, Ks they lived in Enid since. Survivors include his wife Mildred; two sons, Maurice Harvey of Phoenix, AZ and Robert of Wichita; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. |
© Enid Morning News Enid, Oklahoma April 1995 February 14, 1909 ~ April 12, 1995 Services for Mildred May [Lindley] Harvey, 86 will be at 2 pm Saturday in the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev Ron Willard of the First Nazarene Church officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. OK to Harry R. and Nora May Hamilton Lindley and died Wednesday, April 12, 1995, at the Catholic Care Center, Wichita, KS. She married Roy Harvey April 30, 1930, in Liberal, KS. He preceded her in death. The couple lived in various places before settling in Enid in 1937. Survivors include Robert and his wife Darla of Wichita; four grandchildren and Five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy in 1977; one son, Maurice R. Harvey; two sisters, Helen Grace Lindley, and Emma "Louise" Lindley Goodpasture and one brother, Marvin Russell Lindley. |

© Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Enid, Oklahoma October 2022 January 11, 1948 ~ October 25, 2022 A Mass of Christian Burial for Dewayne Richard Harvey will be held 10:00 am, Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church with Rev Mark Mason officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Dewayne was born January 11, 1948 in Enid to Bernard "Bud" and Gladys [Semrad] Harvey and passed away October 25, 2022. He grew up in Enid, and graduated from Enid High School. After graduating, Dewayne enlisted in the Army and served his country in Vietnam. After his discharge he went to work with his dad at BL Harvey Construction. Later he went to work at Groendyke Transport as a Milling Pilot, which he did for 30 years. Dewayne was a longtime member of Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church. He is survived by his son, Chad Harvey and grandson, Liam Harvey. Dewayne is preceded in death by his parents, and son, Matthew. Memorial donations may be made to Wounded Veterans of Oklahoma with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds. Condolences to the family may be made at ladusauevans.com |
