Francis Eugenia "Frankie" [Wood] Gregory
1917 ~ December 22, 2010


ENID — Frankie Eugenia Gregory, 93, died December 22. Services will be Monday, December 27, at the Methodist Nursing Home of Enid at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.

She is survived by Darl and JoAnn of Grove, OK; Jerry & Bonnie of Ashville, NC; Len Gregory of Altus, OK; Joy & Charles Wille of Newkirk , OK; sister, Theo Fory of Hurst, TX; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Frankie was preceded in death by husband, Rev Alvin Darl Gregory; daughter, Judith Kaye Gregory; son, Richard Lynn Gregory; and grandson, Damon Sealy.

Frankie and her husband spent their lives ministering to Methodist churches across Oklahoma. Frankie was a tremendous wife, mother and help mate to her husband's ministry.

Visitation at Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek, on Sunday December 26th from 4-6 pm.

Memorials may be made to the Methodist Nursing Home of Enid.

Robert Lee "Bob" Gregory
March 15, 1927 ~ February 8, 2014


The Services celebrating the life of Mr. Robert "Bob" Lee Gregory, 86, of Enid, will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 12, at Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, Enid. The Reverends Kenneth Wade and Scott Whittenburg will be officiating.

A visitation will be held at Brown-Cummings Funeral home Tuesday evening, February 11th from 6:00-7:30 pm. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings.

Bob was born March 15, 1927 to William and Olga Ahsmuhs Gregory in Enid and passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 8, 2014.

He was the first baby to be baptized in Saint Paul's Lutheran church on East Broadway.

Bob grew up in Enid and after graduating from Enid High School; he joined the Navy and attended the Naval School Great Lakes in Chicago, Il. He furthered his education at the University of Oklahoma graduating in 1949. He received a Master's Degree of Arts in Psychology along with his Juris Doctorate of Law degree.

After School, Bob practiced law with the late Harry O. Glasser and managed the financials for Knox Oil. He then served as a District Attorney and later became a Municipal Judge for Garfield County where he served for 25 years.

He then had a private law practice and also served as a Judge for North Enid and Garber.

Bob was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity.

In 1959, he was voted Jaycee of the year. He was active in the Enid Ambucs Club and twice received a Lifetime Achievement award from The Garfield County Bar Association.

Bob married Virginia Lee Pendley and through their union two children were born, Rob and Mary.

He married Tess Kisner Gregory in Hawaii on November 11, 1990.

Bob is well known for his dedication to his work. He served his profession for a remarkable 65 years.

He loved traveling and seeing the world. He enjoyed social activities with his wide circle of friends, especially the Big Band Dance Club. He was an avid Oklahoma Sooner fan.

Most of the time people would see Bob around town, always wearing one of his many hats! Bob was always the perfect gentleman.

Besides his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his two brothers, Bill and Lindol Gregory.

He is survived by his wife Tess, son Rob of Enid, daughter Mary Gregory and husband Roger Kabler of Los Angeles, Ca. His stepchildren Brad Kisner and wife Jane of Corpus Christi, Tx., Klista Loomis and husband Court of Trophy Club, Tx. He was the beloved Papa to his grandchildren, Megan, Bobby and Liam Gregory, Evan and Sarah Kisner, and great granddaughter Leah Kisner.

He will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

He is now walking the streets of Gold.

Memorials may be made in his name to Saint Paul's Lutheran Church and School with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian to the funds.

Tesoro "Tess" [Pierson] Kisner Gregory
January 5, 1930 ~ November 21, 2022


Tesoro "Tess" [Pierson] Kisner Gregory was born on January 5, 1930, to Roy E. and Maude Johnson Pierson at her grandmother's house in Enid, Oklahoma, and entered the gates of heaven on November 21, 2022.

She was raised on a farm northwest of Pond Creek, Oklahoma, where she attended school until her family moved to Enid in 1943.

In that year she joined Central Christian Church, which has been her church home since that time.

In high school she was a member of Legionettes Drum and Bugle Corps, where she made many lifelong friendships.

After graduating from Enid High School in 1947 she then attended Oklahoma State University.

It was during this time that she met and married her high school sweetheart, Bill W. Kisner. They were married in 1949 and later gave birth to their two children. He preceded her in death in 1982.

In 1990 she married Robert L. Gregory, and they enjoyed their golden years together with trips around the world. Mr Gregory died in 2014.

She was active in many organizations throughout her lifetime including the Garfield County Home Demonstration Club, the Garfield County Choral Club, Cherry Cherry red ladies volunteers at St Mary's Hospital, Jaycee Jaynes, Eisenhower School PTA and room mother, Garfield County Democratic Women's Club, Central Christian Church Sooner Sunday School Class and Christian Women's Fellowship, Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority and a local Garden Club and Study Club, holding offices in most of these organizations.

She retired from twenty-five years of service with the Northrop Corporation at Vance Air Force Base.

Tess is preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands, her son-in-law Court Loomis and several cousins.

She is survived by her brother, Gene Pierson of Corpus Christi; her children, Brad [Jane] of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Klista Loomis of Trophy Club, Texas; her grandchildren, Evan Kisner [Kimberly Martin] and Sarah [Trace] Holland; as well as her great-grandchildren Leah, Siah, Ryan, Emma and Connor, all of Corpus Christi. In addition she is survived by Bob Gregory's children, Mary Gregory of Los Angeles, California, and Rob Gregory, of Enid, and his three grandchildren Megan, Bobby and Liam, as well a host of cousins, friends and family members throughout the country whom she delighted in keeping in touch regularly by phone.

Graveside services will be held at Enid's Memorial Park Cemetery at a future date.
