Graveside service for Vickie Lee Green, of Enid, Okla., is 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013, in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mike Froese will officiate. Arrangements by Fairview Funeral Home Inc.

Vickie was born Oct. 10, 1957, in Enid, Okla., to Orvil and Nancy (Purdy) Schoonover and died Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013.

Vickie is survived by husband, Jack; daughters, Barbara Green of Enid, Denise Peterson and husband Dennis of Fairview, and Whitney Johnson of the home; four grandchildren, Desiree Gulick, Jove Peterson and Addie Peterson, all of Fairview, and Amber Gulick of Enid.

July 02, 1951 - July 12, 2018

The services celebrating and honoring the life of Jackie Jack Green, 67, of Enid will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday July 16, 2018 in the Brown-Cummings Funeral Home Chapel with the pastor Michael Frisbie officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Full military honors will be presented by the Oklahoma Patriot Guard. Services are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral home.

He was born July 2, 1951 to Altus Jack Green and Dorothy Green in Ada, Oklahoma and passed from this life on July 12, 2018 in Enid, Oklahoma.

He was raised and educated in Ada, Oklahoma graduating from Ada High School in 1968. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corp and served in the Vietnam War. He married his late wife Vickie Lee Schoonover November 5, 1973. After returning from the war he began working in the oil field and later worked in professional security for many years. He married Linda Blackwell March 28, 2014. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, going to the casino, making his wife happy, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Linda, of the home, two daughters, Denise Irvin and husband Brad, of Enid and Barbara Hankey and husband Alan, of Helena; 7 grandchildren Desiree Gulick, Amber Gulick, Addie Peterson, Jove Peterson, Jon Irvin, Journey Irvin, and Kayla John; and two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of forty years, Vickie Lee Green, and one brother, Howard Dennis.
