Funeral services for Brian J. Gorre age 47 of Dallas, TX formerly of Enid, will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Charles Lillard officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Gorre Jones Gregory, step father Lindol Gregory of Groves, Texas and Enid, Oklahoma, two brothers, Darrell Gorre of Denver, Colorado and Timothy Gorre of Des Moines, Iowa. Three stepbrothers, David Jones, Lewis Gregory, and Bruce Gregory, and four stepsisters Suzanne Jones Lillard, Debra Lorenz, Cynthia Thomas, and Pamela Wight also survive him. He is survived by his uncles Eddie Gorre and Bob Johnston, and a great aunt Dorothy Anderson.

He loved spending time with a multitude of nieces and nephews including Brett, Thomas, and Spencer Gorre, Ayme Lillard Zlatnik, and Matthew Lillard

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Brian graduated from Enid High School and the University of Oklahoma. He was a devoted OU fan. He also loved the sport of tennis. He shared his love and skill with children in the Dallas area where he volunteered at the Shores Country Club.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the EJRT or to the Shores Country Club Junior Tennis Academy with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the fund.
