A Celebration of Life Service for Karen K. Goodwin, 75, Enid, is 10 a.m. Friday, March 24, 2017, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church with the Rev. Kenneth Wade officiating. Burial follows in Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Thursday, March 23, 2017, at the funeral home.

Karen was born June 4, 1941, in Lamar, Colo., to James and Ruby Talley McCormick and passed away Saturday, March 18, 2017, at Integris Bass Baptist Hospital. She grew up in Jet until the 8th grade, then moved to Enid where she graduated in 1959. She attended and graduated from Enid Beauty College. Karen married Robert "Bob" Goodwin Nov. 23, 1960, in Jet. She worked for Champlin Refinery, 1st National Bank and Central National Bank, until her retirement. Karen was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, a member of Torchbearer Beta Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, where she served on many committees and was a past president. She had been the Valentine Queen and Girl of the Year. She was active in the Enid Moose Lodge.

Karen is survived by her husband Bob of the home, two sons, Todd and Shelly Goodwin and Troy and Robbie Goodwin, all of Enid, grandchildren Nathan, Courtney, Lawson and Taylor, great-grandchildren Lydia and Nathan, Jr., a special cousin Donna Mansker, and close friend Connie Robinson, and numerous other family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
