Tommy Leroy Gilson
February 16, 1952 ~ September 21, 1987


Tommy LeRoy Gilson, 35, 911 North Jefferson, died Monday 21 September 1987 in Los Angeles, California, of an apparent heart attack. His funeral will be at 2 PM Friday in the Salvation Army Church with Major Robert Curless officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Gilson was born February 16, 1952, in Enid to Roy and Clara Gilson.

He attended Enid schools and graduated from Enid high school in 1970.

Gilson worked for the City of Enid as a jailer and later worked for Johnston Grain Elevator.

He was a member of the Salvation Army Church.

Gilson is survived by his parents of the home; a sister, Mrs Jerry [Susan] Smith of Enid, and a half sister, Velora Silvers.
