Lucinda Bell “Cindy” Gaddis, 86, passed from this life to be with her Lord on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, in Sapulpa, Okla. Cindy was born May 1, 1924, in Three Sands, Okla., to Walter and Nora Hyle.

She married the love of her life, Olon B. Gaddis, on June 8, 1944. Together they started a dry cleaning shop in Helena, Okla., in 1950. A move to Enid, Okla., in 1954 allowed them to open a shop there. They retired in 1970.

They retired to Jet, Okla., where she enjoyed fishing Salt Plains Lake, sewing, gardening, cooking and a good game of cards.

During her long life she touched the hearts of many and always had a smile for everyone. She leaves behind a family made stronger by her grace and love.
