© Enid News and Eagle Enid, Oklahoma September 17, 2015 February 23, 1934 ~ September 14, 2015 Funeral service for Glenda Fowler, 81, of Edmond, Okla., previously of Enid, Okla., will be 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, 2015, at Cedar Ridge Wesleyan Church, with the Rev. Ron Olson officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory. Glenda was born Feb. 23, 1934, to Elgin and Esther (Nichols) Crosby in Enid, and passed away on Monday, Sept.14, 2015, in Oklahoma City. Glenda grew up in Enid, and graduated from Enid High School. She worked at Woolsworth, and was a homemaker when her son was young. Glenda later worked at Northwest Orthopedics and Dillards. On Aug. 6, 1992, she married Donald Lee Fowler and they made their home in Enid. In May of 2012 she moved to Edmond. Glenda was a member of Cedar Ridge Wesleyan Church and TOPS. She enjoyed making crafts and artwork. Glenda is survived by her son, Tim and wife Gena Money of Edmond; two grandchildren, Morgan and Hayden; and one brother, Eugene and wife Frances of Yukon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don on March 25, 2004, and her beloved dog Tico. Memorials may be made through the funeral home to SPCA or OMRF, Alzheimer’s division.
