Raymond Madison Ferguson Sr.
Friday, November 4th, 1921 - Tuesday, November 15th, 2022

Funeral services for Raymond Ferguson, age 101, will be held 12:00pm, Friday, November 18, 2022 at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Gail Edmison officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Raymond was born November 4, 1921 in Alva to Dave and Sylvia (Smith) Ferguson, and passed away November 15, 2022. He graduated from Alva High School in 1939. Raymond enlisted in the Army 45th Division and served in WWII, Korean War, and Vietnam for a total of 39 years. On March 23, 1946 he married Jeanie.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jeanie Ferguson; daughter, Martha Elizabeth Ferguson; 2 sisters, Violet Dale Sparks and Ealon Arnett; son-in-law, Walt Needham and grandson, Brian Murray.

Raymond is survived by his children, Dixie Murray of Ontario, CA, Dottie Needham of Madison, CT, Ray Jr (Sue) of Moore, OK, Joe (Kathy) of Texas City, TX and Ricky of Enid, OK; 16 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; sister, Mary Jane Peaster.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
