Graveside services for Lois Dean Ellis, 85, Enid resident, will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Randall Hackworth officiating. Arrangements are under the kind guidance of the Amy Stittsworth Funeral Service.

Dean was born on March 17, 1933 in Jefferson City, Missouri, the daughter of Garrett and Fannie Jones Pendleton, and passed away peacefully on November 9, 2018 in Enid. She was raised and educated in Enid, graduating from Cordell High School. Dean married Reverend Bob Ellis on September 8, 1950 in Cordell, Oklahoma. He preceded her in passing in 1999. They lived in Florida, Texas, then Hemet, California prior to moving to Enid.

Survivors include two sons, Tim and Debbie Ellis of Edmond, Steve Ellis of Oklahoma City; 6 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brother, Dale Pendleton of Enid.

In addition to her husband, Dean was preceded in passing by her parents and son, Ron.
