ENID — Graveside service for Margaret Elizabeth Easterly, 92, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, 2011, at Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel with Dr. Sheila Combs-Francis officiating. Arrangements are by Anderson - Burris Funeral Home.

Margaret was born to Merle and Hazel (Raines) Woody on March 17, 1918, in Caney, Kan., and died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, in Enid.

Margaret married Marvin S. Easterly Aug. 20, 1938, in Taloga.

She graduated from Enid General Hospital (Bass) Nursing School in 1939. She worked her entire career at Bass Hospital, as an RN and then house supervisor. Margaret retired in 1982, and then volunteered at Bass. She was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church, where she was very active.

Margaret is survived by daughter, Barbara Carey of Enid; son, Kenneth Easterly of Colorado; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and sister, Wanda.

She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and one grandson.

Memorials may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church.
