Donald D. Duncan
November 20, 1936 ~ February 7, 2009


The graveside service for Donald D. Duncan, 72, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2009, in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev Dan O'Daniel will officiate. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

He was born Nov. 20, 1936, to Milton and Lovina Duncan and died Saturday, February 7, 2009.

He graduated from Garber High School and attended OSU-Okmulgee Tech.

He married Carole Blaser March 28, 1958, in Pawhuska.

He was an Enid business man and grew up on a farm which grew into 3-D Farms.

He was a member of the Railroad Museum, Brahman Association, Angus Association and Moose Lodge.

Surviving are his wife, Carole of the home; two daughters, Beth Merrill and Jacque Nabors, both of Enid; one sister; one brother; and two grandchildren.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation.

Graveside services for Carole Ann Duncan, 81 Enid, will be 1:00 pm Monday, May 23, 2022, at Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Tom LeGrand officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Carole was born February 14, 1941 at Breckenridge, OK to Frank and Georgia Darnall Blaser and passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022 in Enid.

She graduated from Garber High School.

Carole married Don Duncan on March 28, 1958 in Pawhuska, OK.

She cared about her family greatly and was always known for her Sunday family lunch. Carole kept everyone in line and loved her kids, grandkids and great grandkids. She enjoyed working and those she worked for. Between Don, her grandchildren and work, Carole was a busy woman and loved by all.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Marilyn Oliver of Dallas; one brother, Jim Blaser of Garber; husband, Don Duncan; and one daughter, Jacque Nabors.

Carole is survived by her daughter, Beth Merrill; two grandchildren, Tyler & Haley Nabors and Magen & Dustin Bisig; five great grandchildren, Paityn, Paige, & Lane Bisig and Hollis & Hadley Nabors, all of Enid.

Patricia Gayle "Patty" [Tunis] Duncan
March 24, 1942 ~ July 8, 2013


ENID, Okla. - Funeral service for Patricia Gayle Duncan, 71, will be 10 am Friday, July 12, 2013, at First Assembly of God Church, with Rev Jarrod Cloud officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home.

Patty was born to Hugh and Laurene [Mackey] Tunis on March 24, 1942, in Garber and passed away Monday, July 8, 2013, in Enid.

Patty grew up in Garber and attended school in Garber and Enid.

On June 6, 1958, she married Glenn Duncan. They made their home in Enid. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church, where she was in the church choir and visitation team.

Patty and Glenn operated Miracle Ear for 10 years, and Economy Hearing Aid Center for five years.

Patty is survived by her husband, Glenn; three daughters, Tammy Moyer and husband Dale, and Tricia Grantz and husband Brad, all of Enid, and Glenda Alexander of Colorado; five grandchildren, Michael and Danielle, Duncan and Jess, Sarah and Cody, Susan, and Jessica, (all serving Christ); brother, Jim Tunis and wife Sarah of Irving, Texas; and two sisters, Donna Bradt and husband Russell of Woodward, and Rita Murray and husband Bob of Enid.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and five-month old daughter, Pamela Gayle.
