© Enid Morning News Enid, Oklahoma July 1987 December 29, 1913 ~ 1987 Louis A. Dickson, 73, 2205 W. Maple, died Wednesday in a local hospital. His funeral will be at 2 PM Friday in the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs Ron McCaslin and Danny Barrick officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Dickson was born December 29, 1913 at Kingston to Isaac and Leddie Dickson. He retired from the Katie Railroad in Dennison, Texas, before moving to Fairview, where he worked for the school board. He moved to Enid about 20 years ago and worked for the school board until retiring eight years ago. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. Dickson is survived by his wife, Lee of the home; two daughters, Mrs Cecil [Bernice] McAdoo of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Mrs John [Wanda] Bramlett of Enid; a son, Master Sgt Ronald USAF of Mountain Home, Idaho; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Bass Baptist Hospital Skilled Nursing, with the funeral home serving as custodian of the fund. |
