ENID, Okla. - Funeral service for Donald H. Coulter, 87, of Enid, will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 26, 2013, at Central Christian Church. Revs John P. McLemore Sr and Don Johnson will officiate.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Military Honor Guard will be conducted by the US Navy. Service is under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.
He was born October 16, 1925, in Meno, Okla., to Joe and Marie Pankertz Coulter and passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013, in Enid.
He graduated from Lahoma High School and then entered the US Navy in WW II, serving in the South Pacific. He entered the Naval Reserve after he was honorably discharged.
He farmed in Lahoma and in Kansas some until he was called back to active duty in Korea.
He married Norma Dykes July 12, 1952.
Following his honorable discharge from Korea, he worked for Gold Spot Dairy as a milk inspector and then as assistant manager until retirement.
He and Norma traveled extensively through all 50 states.
He was a member of Central Christian Church and American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Norma of the home; daughter, Cindy and husband David Hall of Colleyville, Texas; two grandchildren, Andrew and Mandy; and one great grandson, Hudson.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Harold.
Memorials can be given to American Heart Association with Brown-Cummings serving as custodian of the funds.

November 24, 1927 - March 5, 2022
Services for Norma Coulter will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 10, 2022, at the Mausoleum Chapel at Memorial Park Cemetery, with Rev Tom Stanley officiating. Services are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.
Norma was born November 24, 1927, in Enid to Buell and Nathalie Dykes and passed away March 5, 2022, in Plano, Texas.
Norma is survived by her daughter, Cindy Hall and husband David; grandchildren, Andrew Hall and wife Amber and Mandy Hall; great grandchildren, Hudson, Sloane, and Lennon; and several loving friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Coulter; and her brother, Glen Dykes.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association or Loaves and Fishes, with Ladusau-Evans serving as custodian of the funds.
