L. D. Chrisman
October 9, 1927 ~ October 1, 2014


Funeral for L.D. Chrisman, 86 years old, a former Enid resident, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2014, in Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev James Bell will officiate. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation for friends and family will be 5-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

L.D. Chrisman was born October 9, 1927, and raised in Enid, Okla., the son of Nova Lee and Ethel [Husted] Chrisman. He died Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at his home in Delaware, Okla.

He married Lois Ann Ferguson Februaary 5, 1955, at Enid.

He worked in water proofing and was a heavy equipment operator, doing construction and demolition in most of Oklahoma.

He was a member of the Church of God in Enid and Nowata.

He was preceded in death by a son, Allen Wayne Chrisman, and wife, Lois Ann Chrisman.

L.D. is survived by one son, Curtis Chrisman of Delaware, Okla.
