Barbara Ann Case
May 23, 1956 - April 3, 2024

Barbara Ann 'Edwards' Case, 67, was born on May 23rd, 1956 to Bud Edwards and Marcheta Dunn and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on April 3rd, 2024. She was an avid Christian and relied heavily on her faith throughout her life.

Barbara was the youngest of three children. She married the love of her life, Kenneth Case, on January 5th, 1973 and they were married for 47 years. They welcomed two children, Angill and Jabey, into the world. And later were blessed with two grandchildren, Kenda and Trevor.

Barbara loved all arts and crafts. If you didn't find her sewing a pillow or stitching up a snagged shirt, you would often find her painting or stenciling. The only thing Barbara loved more than being crafty, was helping people. Barbara worked in the medical field for over 30+ years and held various different titles. She loved caring for and taking care others even when it was difficult for her to take care of herself. Barbara loved spending time with her family, most specifically "her girls" Angill and Kenda. And we absolutely cannot forget all of her beloved pets. Barbara had a contagious laugh and was almost always able to find the positive in something. To know her, was to love her and to be loved by her was a true blessing.

Barbara is proceeded in death by her husband, Kenneth; son, Jabey Case; along with her parents, Marcheta and Bud. She is survived by daughter Angill Hobbs, granddaughter, Kenda Case, grandson Trevor Dubois; son in law Kurt Hobbs and a host of many other friends and family.

Celebration of Life services for Barbara will be Saturday, April 6th 2024 at 2:00pm at Anderson Burris Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be held Friday, April 5th 2024 from 6 to 7pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made through Anderson Burris to help the family with expenses.
