ENID, OK — Funeral service for Paul Burchardt, 79, of Enid, Okla., will be 1 p.m. Monday, March 17, 2014, at World Harvest Church, with Pastors Brad Mendenhall and Mike Sturgeon officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.

Paul was born to Elmer and Mary (Lovell) Burchardt on April 16, 1934, in Marshall, Okla., and passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014, in Enid.

Paul graduated from Marshall High School and attended NOC at Tonkawa.

He married Nelda Swing on Feb. 12, 1959, in Texas.

He worked many years in the oil field as a production superintendent.

Paul enjoyed miniature woodworking and loved visiting antique stores and flea markets. He was a member of World Harvest Church.

Paul is survived by his wife, Nelda of the home; daughter, Tina Osborn and husband Bob of Enid; four grandchildren, Abbie Taborsky, Kevin Burchardt, Mindy Ellis and Eli Goins; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Scott K. Burchardt; and three brothers Kenneth, Charles and Jerry.

Memorials may be made to World Harvest Church Building Fund or SPCA.
