Alice Louise Bullard, 97, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, went to her heavenly home with Jesus on Saturday, Feb. 21, 2015, in Enid, Okla.

Alice “Louise” was born May 28, 1917, to her parents, Harry and Maggie Helms of Arkadelphia, Ark., on the family’s dairy farm.

She married Ray Clement Bullard on Sept. 20, 1936. Their union was blessed with three children. They celebrated 63 years of marriage.

Louise was a homemaker who loved her family unconditionally. She was a dedicated member of Trinity Baptist Church in Enid, Okla., and cherished her church friends. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, reading her Bible and the Dallas Cowboys.

She is survived by her three children, Linda Hutcheson (Butch), Don Bullard and Barbara Brunken; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She has one living sister, ClaraLou Toombs, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray, in 1999, her parents, three brothers, six sisters, one grandson and one son-in-law.

Memorials may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, Enid, and Hospice Circle of Love.

Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015, at Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid. Arrangements are under the care of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.
