Graveside service for Shirley Ann Brickman is at 2 p.m. today, Nov. 20, 2013, in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Randy Mitchell of First United Methodist Church will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home. Shirley was born Feb. 18, 1930, in Woodward, Okla., to Steve and Mary Francis Stephens and passed away Saturday, Nov. 16, 2013, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center in Enid, Okla. She grew up in Canton, Okla., and attended Oklahoma State University.

Shirley was a homemaker, a dedicated mother and military wife, lived around the world, and was retired in Enid, Okla., for many years.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of over 50 years, Lt. Col. Troy T. Brickman, USAF.

Throughout her life she remained involved in various community endeavors and was active in the Methodist Church.

For 25 years, she was involved with the Daughters of the Revolution and was a past officer.

She is survived by her children, Stephen Brickman and wife Renee of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Larry Brickman of Enid, Okla.; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and brother, J.C. Stephens and wife Mary of Enid.
