A graveside service for Margie Brewer, 78, will be 2:30 PM Monday in Memorial Park Cemetery. Kevin Siebert will officiate. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.

She was born May 21, 1922, in an Drumright to Myrl and Ida Mae Taylor Springer and died Friday, June 9, 2000, at St. Mary's Mercy Hospital.

She graduated from Guthrie high school then married Ira Kelso. He preceded her in death. She moved to Enid in 1957.

In 1970, she married Wayne Brewer. She worked for many years for St. Mary's Hospital, retiring in 1988.

Surviving are five sons, Roger Kelso of Dallas, Gary Kelso of San Antonio, Marty Kelso of Pond Creek, Scott Kelso of Centerville, Iowa, and Dr. Leon Brewer of Pond Creek; two daughters, LaDonna Stebbins of Dennison, Texas, and Marilyn Siebert; five grandchildren; and five great – grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband.
