Reinhold Hubert Boepple
September 19, 1897 ~ Janury 16, 1977


The funeral for R. H. Boepple, 79, 2102 E. Walnut, will be at 2 PM Wednesday in Saint Paul's Lutheran Church with the Rev Kenneth Wade and Rev A. Meitler officiating.

Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home.

Born September 19, 1897 in Salem, South Dakota, Boepple moved with his parents to Covington in 1909.

He married the former Mary Staerkel in 1921 at Covington where they made their home.

In 1929 they moved to Cromwell and later to Bloomington, Texas, with his employer, Mid-Continent Oil Company. When Boepple retired they returned to Enid.

Boepple was a member of Saint Paul's Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife Mary, one son, Harold Boepple, Douglas; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters, Mrs Esther Simpson, Covington; Mrs Anna Hursch, Enid; Mrs Arthur Roelse, Enid; three brothers, Arthur Boepple, Enid; Emil Boepple, Memphis, Tennessee; Julius Boepple, Great Bend, Kansas.

Boepple was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.

Those who wish may make memorial fund contributions in his memory to Saint Paul's Lutheran Church Building Fund or the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation-Heart Division.

Henninger-Allen Funeral Home will act as custodian.

Helen Marie [Rose] Boepple
October 16, 1911 ~ January 19, 2002


The funeral for Helen Marie Boepple, 90, will be 10 AM Tuesday in Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev Kenneth Wade will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

She was born October 16, 1911, in Robinson, Illinois, to Edward D. and Dorothy M. Williams Rose and died Saturday, January 19, 2002, at Cimmaron Nursing Home, Kingfisher.

She married Arthur C. Boepple on August 19, 1928, in Covington.January 19, 2002 She lived in Cromwell from 1929 until 1956, then in Texas and Purcell before moving to Enid in 1964. Three months ago she moved to Cimmaron Nursing Center at Kingfisher.January 19, 2002 She was a member of Saint Paul's Lutheran Church in Enid.

Surviving are one daughter, Ruth McMullin of Kingfisher, one sister, Ruth Burtscher of Fairview; one brother, Carl Rose of Odessa, Texas; seven grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband on November 15, 1985, one daughter, one grandson and two great granddaughters.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Russell-Murray Hospice, PO Box 1423, El Reno, OK 73036.

Raymond John Boepple
November 2, 1913 ~ June 19, 1985


Nash - Services for Raymond Boepple, 71, who died Wednesday in an Enid hospital, will be at 2 PM Saturday in the First Baptist Church, Nash. The Reverend Charles Cameron will officiate.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid, under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home, Pond Creek.

Boepple was born November 2, 1913 at Covington. He attended Covington school and graduated from Enid high school.

On October 2, 1938 he married Ruth Donaldson at Waukomis.

He farmed at Nash until his retirement.

He served on the Nash School Board and Grant County ASCS.

He was a member of First Baptist Church, Nash, and of Nash Senior Citizens.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth; one son, John, Medford; three daughters, Mrs Jim [Shirley] Warnock, Mrs Calvin [Emma Lee] Henneke, and Mrs Rick [Laquita] Roberts, all of Enid; this stepmother, Mrs Ben Boepple, Enid; two brothers, Richard and Clarence, both of Enid; two sisters, Viola Hathoot, Enid, and Dela Reister, Avon, South Dakota; one step sister, Mrs Jack Longley, Enid; and 10 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Nash Baptist Church or Bass Baptist Hospital, Radiation Therapy.

The funeral home were serve as custodian of the funds.

Marylou [Miller] Boepple
March 21, 1929 August 11, 2019


The Memorial services celebrating and honoring the life of Marylou Boepple, 90, of Douglas, Oklahoma will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 16, 2019, at Saint John's Lutheran Church of Covington, with Pastor Kenneth Wade officiating.

Services and complete cremation care are under the direction of Brown-Cummings Funeral Home.

Marylou was born March 21, 1929, on the family farm near Douglas, Oklahoma to Herman and Clara [Brandt] Miller, and passed from this life on August 11, 2019,at her home in Douglas.

She was raised and educated in Douglas. She attended Bank School and later Douglas High School, graduating in 1947.

She married Harold Boepple on June 1, 1947. They made their home near Douglas, where they farmed.

She served thirty-seven years as judge for the Garfield County Election board, Precinct No. 105, and five years as assistant postmistress for the Douglas post office. She was a member of Saint John's Lutheran Church of Covington for seventy-two years, where she belonged to the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.

She liked spending time with her many friends and family, traveling, shopping, and her many beloved pets over the years. She was always very social, a charming and unrivaled conversationalist, and genuinely enjoyed the company of others.

She is survived by her brother, Richard Miller and wife Yvonne; her daughter, Rhonda Steinert and husband Bill; grandchildren, Eric Avery and wife Melista, Matthew Steinert and wife Autumn, Adam Steinert and wife Melanie, Grace Cieminski and husband Max, Emily Sidwell and husband Brady; and great-grandchildren Blake, Dylan, Carson, Gavyn, Karsyn, Lukas, Brandt, and Clara.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, six brothers, one sister, and her daughter Harla Eslick.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorials in her name be made to Saint John's Lutheran Church of Covington and Hospice Circle of Love, with Brown-Cummings Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
