© Enid News and Eagle Enid, Oklahoma January 2013 May 27, 1957 ~ January 15, 2013 Thena Gayle Blowers, 55, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2013, after fighting breast cancer for six years. In her last few years, she cherished the opportunity to watch her youngest son finish high school, and enjoyed spending time with her sons and granddaughters. Born to Donald and Beverly Merett on May 27, 1957, Thena grew up in California and returned to Oklahoma in 1997, to be nearer to her family. She is survived by her grandmother, Bea Davis; her mother, Beverly; three sons Kyle, Jeremy and Louis; and three granddaughters, Brionna, Astrid and Beatrix. Graveside service will be 3:30 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2013, at the Memorial Park Cemetery Maulsoeum. Rev Jim Edmison will officiate. |
