The funeral service for Glen Blasier, 81, is 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016, at First Assembly of God Church, with the Rev. Dan Barrick, the Rev. Ron McCaslin, and the Rev. Jarrod Cloud officiating. Burial follows in Memorial Park Cemetery, with arrangements by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. Visitation with family is 5-6:30 p.m. Wednesday evening, Dec. 21, 2016, at the funeral home.

Glen was born to Otto and Hazel (Sterne) Blasier on Oct. 19, 1935, in Mulhall, and passed away Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016, in Enid. Glen graduated from New Lima High School. On August 20, 1955, he married Elaine Bonebrake in Cushing. Glen was a production consultant in the oilfield business. They lived in various places, working in the oil business, and then moved to Enid in 1964. Glen was a member of Enid First Assembly of God Church.

Glen is survived by his wife, Elaine, of the home; children, Kevin Blasier and wife, Becky, of Enid; Becky Blasier, of Oklahoma City; and Kenneth Blasier and wife, Sherri, of Enid; four grandchildren, Ashley Byerly and husband, Daniel; Stephany Cleek and husband, Travis; Justin Blasier and wife, Julie; Tara Warner and husband, Steven; three great-grandchildren, Gavin and Reagan Cleek, and Kennedy Byerly; and sister, Freda Stacy, of Oak Forrest, Ill.
