The funeral service for Donnia Billings, age 82, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 16, 2008, at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel, Enid, OK. Rev John McLemore will officiate. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid, OK. Donnia was born December 22, 1925, in Enid, OK to W. H. and Elma Allen Kisner and died August 13, 2008, at St Mary's Regional Medical Center.

She graduated from Enid High School and attended Enid Business College. She married Don Billings on January 19, 1947, in Enid. They made their home in Enid. She was a member of Central Christian Church, Jaycee Jaynes and was an avid bridge player. She was preceded in death by her husband, Don; and brother, Bill Kisner.

She is survived by her sons, Rod Billings and wife, Lori of Enid, OK, Bob Billings and wife, Connie Neunaber of Longview, TX, Rick Billings and wife, Marsha of Enid, OK; 10 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
