Warren Otto Beyer
August 5, 1921 ~ June 22, 1997


Funeral services for Warren O. Beyer, age 75, of Enid, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ernest Leierer officiating.

Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

He was born August 5, 1921 in Orlando Oklahoma to Otto H. and Grace E. Bealer Beyer and died Sunday morning in Lee's Summit MO.

He moved to Waukomis in 1935, where he attended the Waukomis school.

He married Doris Cowherd on June 4, 1944 in Enid.

He went to work for the Champlin refinery in April, 1943 and retired in January 1980 after 37 years. He worked for Wooten's Plumbing after his retirement.

He was a member of Davis Park Christian Church for 52 years, where he was a member of the Win-A-Couple Sunday School class.

He helped with the Cub and Boy Scout troops in the Enid area.

He was a member of the Oil and Atomic Chemical Workers Union.

He is survived by his wife Doris of Lee's Summit, MO; 3 sons: Warren Keith Beyer of Lee's Summit, MO., Wayne Beyer of Gladstone, MO., and Melvin Beyer of Manassas, VA.; two sisters: Helen Ashby of Enid and Naomi Harp of Edmond,OK.; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents and one sister.

Doris Leota [Cowherd] Beyer
January 14, 1923 ~ April 6, 2002


Funeral services for Dora L. Beyer, age 79, of Lee's Summit Mo, formerly of Enid will be at 10 a.m. Thursday April 11, 2002 in the Ladusau Evans Funeral Chapel with Rev Ernest Leierer officiating.

Burial will follow in the Garden Chapel of Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Ladusau Evans Funeral Home.

She was born January 14, 1923 near Jefferson Oklahoma to Rolly and Edna Cowherd and died Saturday, April 6, 2002 in the Lee's Summit Regional Hospital.

Doris was a graduate from Gore Township High School in Wakita, Oklahoma and later attended Enid Business College. She worked briefly for the Gold Spot Dairy.

On June 4, 1944, Doris married Warren O. Beyer. In 1994 the couple celebrated 50 years of marriage. He preceded her in death in 1997.

Doris was a lifelong member of Davis Park Christian Church.

She is survived by one brother, Roy Cowherd of Wakita; three sons Warren K. Beyer and his wife Kozue of Lee's Summit, MO., Wayne E. Beyer and his wife Susan of Gladstone, MO., and Melvin G. Beyer and his wife Gayle of Manassas, VA. Also surviving Doris are her five grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Doris was preceded in death by her husband, one sister and two brothers.

Carman Jo [Navarro] Beyer Prichett
October 6, 1953 ~ January 3, 2012


Funeral services for Carma Jo Beyer-Pritchett, age 58, will be held Friday, January 6, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home Chapel. Rev Alvin Dalton will officiate. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

She was born October 6, 1953 in Enid, OK to Augustine F and Goldie Pearl Chappel Navarro and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on January 3, 2012 in Integris Bass Baptist Health Center after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was raised in the Enid/Carrier area and graduated from Carrier High School.

She married Harold W. Pritchard and later married David Pritchett. In the 1980s she worked in stock trading for years, and was head of advertising for KXLS Radio. She was the district manager for Combine Insurance Company where she was in charge of a big region in Oklahoma. She was owner of the Answer Pros Answering Service for a decade and co-owner of Professional Security.

She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She attended the House of Prayer in Enid.

Survivors include her children: Melanie Hassler and husband Mitchell of Enid, OK, Shane Pritchard of Enid, OK, Kane Pritchett and Augie Pritchett of the home; grandchildren, Madeleine Burnham, Persaias Hassler; great grandchild, Maleah Burnham; four sisters, Virginia Stuart of Enid, OK, Gloria Lynn of Enid, OK, Karen Learue of MO, Beverly Cunningham of OK; two brothers, John Wilcox of Sapulpa, OK, Robert Wilcox of VA; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Bonnie; two brothers, Danny Smith and Billy Smith.

Memorials may be made to the Augie and Kane Pritchett Education Fund with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds. Condolences may be sent to www.ladusauevans.com
