"Out of love and safety for the health of our family and friends, the Dennis M. Beard family will save our visitation, hugs, and personal greetings for you when a Celebration of Life is held after the Covid19 are lifted. Thank you for your prayers." A Private Family Graveside for Dennis will be Thursday at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Dennis Beard age 71 of Enid passed away April 26, 2020 at his home. He was born July 26, 1948 in Enid, OK to Virgil and Adella Moravec Beard. He grew up in Enid and graduated from Enid High and later attended Oklahoma State University.

Dennis was a farmer. He married Tammy Burchfield on August 4, 2001 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Dennis was an avid golfer and sports fan. He was a longtime stockholder at Oakwood Country Club. Dennis was the Club Champion in 1980, 1988, 1994, 1995, 1997, 2000, 2001, 2002 and Senior Club Champion in 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2003. Dennis enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Tammy of the home, children; Christopher (Heather) Beard, Stephanie Beard, Shelby Krohngold (Jeremy) and Courtney Irwin, five grandchildren; Corwyn, Maryn, Allasyn, Logan, Emery, and sister Jeanne Skaggs (Craig) and numerous other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorials may be made to OMRF-Heart Division with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds.
