A Service Celebrating the life of Eileen Rose Bentz age 97 will be 10:00 am Monday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, Breckinridge with Pastor Travis Orr officiating. Burial will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Eileen was born July 1, 1922, on the farm Southwest of Fairmont to Julies Lang and Katy Ditgen and passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2019, in the Brookdale Assisted Living. Eileen graduated from Pioneer High School. She married Norman T. Bentz on September 2, 1945, in the Immanuel Lutheran Church. She was a farm wife, amazing cook noted for her fried chicken and coconut cream pie, and a card player. She worked for Mars Candy and was a housekeeper for H. B. Bass Family.

Eileen is survived by her son Ted Bentz and wife Deanne, grandson Derrick Bentz and wife Crystal of Breckinridge and their children; Dalacey, Payton, Lane, Dakoda, Houston, Hayden and Bryar, granddaughter Bethanie (Bentz) Seybold and husband Sam and daughter Payton of Guthrie, also great grandsons Christian, Jackson and Trevor Nix of Perry.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Jimmy Bentz, a sister Mary Leavengood, and a brother Julies Lang Jr.

Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodians of the funds. Condolences may be made online and the service can be viewed online at www.ladusauevans.com .

The family would like to say a special "Thank You" to the staff at Brookdale Assisted Living, Pastor Travis Orr, and the staff of Hospice Circle of Love for all the special care they gave Eileen.
