A Celebration of Life for Dr. Harold E. Beltz, 91, Enid, is 2 p.m. Monday, July 3, 2017, at the Enid Seventh-Day-Adventist Church with Elders David Miller and Walter Martinez officiating.

The interment will be private. The family will receive friends 6-7 p.m. Sunday, July 2, 2017, at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Dr. Beltz was born Nov. 9, 1925, in Morrill, Neb., the son of Harold and Clara Wells Beltz, and passed away June 26, 2017.

Survivors include his wife, LaVerna; two daughters, Patsy Sogioka of Oak Glen, Calif.; and Linda Richards and her husband Gregg of Bishop, Calif.; two grandchildren, Captain Michael Sogioka and wife Jollene; and Kimberly and husband Josh Buhler.

Memorial contributions may be made to OMRF, Heart Division, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home custodian of the funds. Online condolences may be left and viewing of the service at www.LadusauEvans.com.
