Services for Bill R. Bettler, 41, Route 4, Enid, who died Thursday in a local hospital after an eight month illness, will be at 2 PM Sunday, in the Ladusau-Evans Chapel with Rev C. T. Aly officiating.

Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery with Enid Elks Lodge 2104 presiding at the graveside rites.

A disabled mechanic, he had been employed with Hunt Chevrolet Motors and Clyde Due Texico Service in Gila Bend, Arizona.

He was born May 25, 1934, in Pontiac, Michigan.

He and Tillie Reich were married November 21, 1971, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and came to Enid from Arizona six weeks ago.

He was a member of Elks Lodge 2089 in Gila Bend.

Those who wish may make contributions to Medical Research Heart Fund with the funeral home as custodian of the fund.

Survivors include his wife, Tillie, of the home; two sons, Dean and Rick, Fountain Valley, California; one step son, Brian McHugh, Fullerton, California; four step daughters, Sandy Johnson, Irvine, California, Roxy Clark, Otis Air Force Base, Massachusetts, Mary Brock, Tulsa, and Dollie Sherman also of Tulsa; two sisters, Helen McCarty, Clarkston, Michigan, Bea Kenyon, Holly, Michigan; his mother, Mrs Mary Specht, Holly, Michigan, and five grandchildren.
