Willard Ray Bebee

The funeral for Willard Ray Bebee, 84, will be 2 p.m. Monday at Central Assembly of God Church. The Rev. Kevin Ward and retired Navy Chaplain Roy Bebee will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery with full military rites by the Navy. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory. Family visitation will be at their home, 506 S. 20th.

He was born Dec. 7, 1921, in Garber to Roy Willard and Hazel Dewey Bebee and died Wednesday, May 10, 2006, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

He grew up in Garber, graduating from Garber High School. He served in the Navy during World War II.

He married Doris Campbell Dec. 24, 1942, in Enid, where they made their home. He was a sheet metal worker in Norman and Enid and built aircraft at Vance Air Force Base. He owned and operated BB Tools for 30 years. He was a member of Central Assembly of God Church, serving as deacon and elder, and was active in Royal Rangers.

Surviving are one daughter, Donna R. Bebee McMahan of Enid; three sons, Ronald D. Bebee of Tulsa, Roy L. Bebee of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Larry G. Bebee of Nokomis, Fla.; two sisters, Ruth Moore of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Betty Rury of Bartlesville; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris, and two brothers.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Central Assembly of God Church.
