Private family services will be held for 76 year-old Enid resident, Harlan L. Bay. Viewing is available at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home 2-8pm Sunday, June 17, 2018 and 8-8pm Monday, June 18, 2018.

Harlan was born in Waynoka, OK on December 2, 1941 to Wayne H. and Mauade K. (Webster) Bay and passed away June 15, 2018 in Enid with his loving family by his side.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be given through the funeral home to Hospice Circle of Love.

Arrangements and services are being entrusted to Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.

Karen Kay Bay, 59, died Saturday morning, November 15, 2003, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center. She was born July 25, 1944, in Alva to Harley and Gertrude Cox Lyon.

She is survived by her husband, Harlan of the home; two children, Bryan and wife Cindy Bay, Enid and Angie and husband, Kent Cooke, Waukomis; five grandchildren, Kourtney Cooke, Kody Cooke, both of Waukomis, Chantel Bay, Haven Bay, and Kros Bay all of Enid; four brothers, Larry Lyon, Phil Lyon and David Lyon all of Alva; Benny Lyon, Waynoka; one sister, Sue Taylor, Clovis, New Mexico.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and a nephew.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 18, 2003 in the Henninger-Allen Funeral Chapel with Terry Bartlow officiating.

Burial followed in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Henninger-Allen Funeral Home.

Memorials may be given to the Plainsman Foundation with the funeral home custodian of the funds.
