Services for Stella I. Bain, 98, will be at 2 PM Wednesday in the Henninger – Allen Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Lloyd H. Lambert, pastor of Central Christian Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Bain died early Tuesday in a local nursing home. She was born in Colby, Kansas, July 3, 1888, to Basil and Dora McGehee White and came to Enid in 1901.

She and James Bain were married in Enid June 6, 1920. He died in 1951. She was also preceded in death by a son.

Mrs. Bain was a member of Central Christian Church, Order of Eastern Star Chapter 36 and the Social Order of Beauceant Assembly No. 5.

She is survived by a nephew, Eugene Dickey of Louisville, Kentucky, and a great – nephew, Larryy White of Oklahoma City.
