OBITUARY
The funeral for James C. Harger, 80, of Enid, will be 1 p.m. Friday at Henninger-Allen Chapel. The Rev. Danny Marney will officiate. Burial will be in Kremlin Cemetery. He was born to Joseph V. and Mabel Hannon Hager in Enid Oklahoma on Aug. 19, 1926 and died at his home in Enid on April 4, 2007. He married Joy Guffey June 8, 1951, in Enid. He served in the Marine Corps during World War II in the South Pacific and was a part of the occupation of Japan. Surviving are his wife, Joy of the home; three daughters, Jobie McCloskey of Paris, Idaho and Jane Puckett and Peggy Hager, both of Enid; two sons, Steve Hager of Edmond and Tim Hager of Enid; four brothers, Arthur Hager, Michael Hager, Richard Hager and Jerry Hager; two sisters, Irma Marney and Nancy Richey; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.

Funeral service for Joy F. Hager, 81-year-old Enid resident, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Danny Marney will officiate. Burial will follow in Kremlin Cemetery. Joy was born Nov. 25, 1931, in Kremiln to Ben and Willie (Daniels) Guffey and died Saturday, March 30, 2013, at her home.

She is survived by three daughters, Jobie McCcloskey, Jane Puckett and Peggy Hager; two sons, Steve Hager and Tim Hager; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded by her parents and husband, James.
