Lloyd Gene MALASKA
The funeral for Lloyd Gene Malaska, 64, of Enid, will be 10 a.m. Friday at Ladusau-Evans Chapel. The Rev. Keith Miller will officiate. Burial will be in I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Marshall.
He was born July 22, 1941, in Ponca City to Glen Joseph and Hazel Fanions Malaska and died Tuesday, May 23, 2006, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. He lived in Red Rock and Marlin and later moved to Marshall. He graduated from Marshall High School in 1959 and attended Okmulgee Tech two years. He served in the Army.
He married Lynda Inskeep, Jan. 26, 1980, in Guthrie. He retired in 2001 after 30 years with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. He was a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.Surviving are his wife, Lynda, of the home; two sons, Randall Malaska of Hartford, Ark., and Darren Malaska of San Antonio; his mother, Hazel Malaska of Enid; two brothers, Dale Malaska of Breckinridge and Tony Malaska of Pauls Valley; two sisters, Ladonna Weber and Janice Kusik, both of Enid; one daughter, Brooke Blair of Guthrie; five grandchildren; and two stepgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one son.
