Kenneth JD Hernandez
November 7, 190 ~ June 28, 2018

Memorial services for Kenneth JD Hernandez of El Reno will be held at 7 pm Saturday, July 14, 2018, at the Lake El Reno Pavilion with Teresa Carey officiating. Kenneth was buried July 7, 2018, at Chisholm Trail Burial Park.

Mr Hernandez passed away June 28, 2018, in Oklahoma City. He was born November 17, 1970, in Norwalk, Calif.

He was employed for 10 years with S&J Tire Service.

He was of the Pentecostal faith.

Kenneth was known for his many characteristics and unique personality. A proud half-breed [white/Mexican], with long brown hair, tattoos, big brown eyes and big smile, he was positive, uplifting, charming, spontaneous, outgoing, hardworking, considerate and very generous.

He loved trucks and off-roading, mudding and listening to music. He loved campfires at the lake or river. He loved animals.

It was common for him to be helping someone in need no matter the need, at no charge. He called it paying it forward - hoping they would do the same.

He was close to his family and had many friends. He loved the women and they loved him. He had one very special friend who he spent most of his time with, Brenda Rider. Anyone who knew Kenneth has a story to be told.

Kenneth was a child of God, he received Jesus Christ as his Lord Savior sometime ago and had just begun his walk with Christ.

Survivors include his son, Hunter Hernandez of Yucca Valley, Calif.; daughter, Kenndra Hernandez of Yukon; parents, Cheryl Vasquez of El Reno and Ruben Hernandez in California; brother, Ronnie Schnuckel of El Reno; sister, Sherry Royal of El Reno and brother-in-law, Tony Royal; and two grandchildren, Levi and Kyler.
