The funeral for Marla (Lukenbaugh) Zaloudek, 74-year-old Enid resident, will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Gay Cocheres will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.

Marla was born July 10, 1940, in Guthrie to Lawrence and Pauline (Martin) Jernigan and died Christmas morning 2014 at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center.

She attended local schools and Longfellow Junior High and graduated from Enid High School with the class of 1958.

She married Rex Lukenbaugh, and to this union, two children were born: Ronald David Lukenbaugh and Cheryl Lynn (Lukenbaugh) Holmes.

She worked as a bookkeeper for F.W. Zaloudek for 24 years.

On Dec. 8, 1994, she married Bob Zaloudek in Enid, where the couple made their home.

She was a member of Enid High Alumni Association. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially at their Grand Lake home.

She is survived by her husband Bob, of the home; children, Ronald Lukenbaugh and wife Janet and Cheryl (Lukenbaugh) Holmes and husband Brent, all of Enid; stepdaughter, Allyson Reneau, of Oklahoma City; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Robert Jernigan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Enid SPCA or OMRF cancer Division, with Henninger-Hinson acting as custodian of funds.

Condolences may be made to the family at www.enidwecare.com.
