The graveside service for Robert Gene Kirkpatrick will be 10:00am Saturday, August 26, 2017 in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Deacon Tony Crispo will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.

Robert was born June 16, 1957 in Frankfurt, Germany to Mary Helen and Roy D. Kirkpatrick and passed away July 11, 2017. He graduated from Kremlin High School with the class of 1976.

Robert joined the US Army in 1976 as a tactical communications systems operator. He was stationed at Ft. Campbell Kentucky in the 101st Airborne Division until he completed his service obligations then he returned to Kremlin where he remained for the rest of his life.

He joined the Kremlin Fire Department where he served as a Fire Fighter and Emergency Medical Technician until his twenty year retirement.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents, three aunts, and four uncles.

He is survived by two brothers, Tim and wife, Dana of Enid and Sean of Kremlin; aunt, Margie Kirkpatrick of Kremlin; uncle, Howard Kirkpatrick of Redding, California; aunt, Betty Tennant of Enid; aunt, Lillian Kirkpatrick of Issaquah, Washington; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorials may be made through Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home to Disable American Veterans (DAV).
