Mrs. M. D. (Irene) Hoffman, 45, 521 S. Harrison, died Saturday following a period of ill health.

A Bible Wake service for Mrs. Hoffman will be at 7:30 PM today in the Chapel of the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home and funeral Mass will be at 10 AM Tuesday in St. Francis Xavier Church with the Rev. Marvin F. Leven officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Mrs. Hoffman was born in Bison in November, 1927, and attended Catholic parochial schools in Enid and St. Gregory's in Wichita. She and M. D. (Spiz) Hoffman were married October 10, 1946, and he survives her.

Mrs. Hoffman was a member of St. Francis Xavier Church, was past resident of the Enid Jaycee Jaynes and was housing secretary for the Tri State Band Festival for a number of years.

In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter Laura of the home; three sons, Mike of Enid, Ronald of Alexander, Virginia, and Gene, with the U. S. Navy; two grandchildren; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Semrad of Enid; three sisters, Mrs. Lillian Handley of Hennessey, Mrs. Margaret Handley of Enid and Mrs. Alice Semrad of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; three brothers, Raymond Semrad of Elgin, Illinois, Lawrence Semrad of Richardson, Texas, and Gene Semrad of Enid. A brother Norbet preceded her in death.
