June 16, 1923 - May 06, 2018

Mass of Christian Burial for June A. Glahn, 94, is 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 10, 2018, in St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church with Father Kelly Edwards officiating. Burial follows in Calvary Cemetery, under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home. Recitation of the Rosary is 6:30 p.m. this evening, May 9, 2018, at the funeral home, with a visitation following.

June was born in San Francisco, California, and went to her Lord and Savior on May 6, 2018, with her family by her side. She graduated from Balboa High School in San Francisco and worked for an electrical engineer and Standard Oil Co. June married John C. Glahn. Upon his discharge from the Army, they moved to Enid. She was a devoted wife and mother to four children. June was a charter member of St. Mary Magdalene Study Club, a volunteer at St. Mary's Hospital, and a member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxillary. She was a former member of Meadowlake Women's Golf Association, bridge clubs and Failing Wives Club. June was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

She is survived by her children, John Clifford and wife Nancy Glahn of Joplin, Missouri, David Glahn of Enid, Carol and husband Harold Meisterling of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Vicki Hulet of Woodward; three grandchildren, Heidi Meisterling of Tucson, Arizona, Jason and wife Anastasia Glahn of Columbia, Missouri, and Allison and husband Bert Hardin of Springdale, Arkansas; great-grandson, Jonathan Glahn.
