October 3, 1925 - October 26, 2019

Mass of Christian Burial for Mary "Mimi" Waltz Collar, 94 of Enid, will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 31, 2019, at St. Gregory The Great Catholic Church with the Rev. Mark Mason as celebrant. Inurnment will follow in Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory.

Mimi was born in Memphis, Tennessee on October 3, 1925, to Warren and Claire Gallagher Just, and passed away Saturday, October 26, 2019, in Enid. She graduated from High School in Coffeyville, KS, and graduated from Pittsburgh State University of Pittsburgh, KS, in 1947. Mimi married William Waltz in 1947, and he died in November of 1978. She belonged to St. Frances Xavier Catholic Church, and was active in Altar Society, and held several offices including Presidency. She married Charles Collar in 1981, and lived in Pittsburgh, KS, until after his death in 1992, when she moved back to Enid, and belonged to St. Gregory The Great Catholic Church, Altar Society, Catholic Women's Study Club, and Volunteered at St. Mary's Hospital.

Mimi is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Sandy Waltz of Enid, and Bob and Brenda Waltz of Gulfport, MS; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her two husbands, and a daughter Suzie Mitten.
