Funeral services for Ruth P. Zaloudek, age 87 of Enid, will be 10 am Tuesday, September 10, 2002, in Ladusau Evans Chapel. Rev. Jack Frasier will officiate. Burial to follow in the Caslvary Cemetery under direction of Ladusau Evans Funeral Home.

She was born September 4, 1915, in Bentonville, Arkansas, to Bill and Goldie Gerhard and died Friday afternoon, September 13, 2002 in St. Mary's Regional Medical Center.

Ruth grew up in Enid and graduated from Enid High School.

On August 21, 1938, she married Aubrey J. Zaloudek. They made their home on a farm near Hillsdale where they farmed and ranched. Later they moved to Enid. She loved being a homemaker, Real Estate Sales Person , and volunteered at St. Mary's Hospital, making flower arrangements for the gift shop, for over 25 years. She loved playing cards and fishing on their ranch ar Red Rock.

Ruth is survived by her granddaughter, Kim A Walker and her husband Chuck; two great grandchildren Brandi and Dustin Welker, all of Hillsdale.

She was preceded in death by her husband , Aubrey Zaloudek; son , Dick Zaloudek; and a brother, Alvin Gerhard.
