May 15, 1961 - August 24, 2009

The funeral for Martin "Marty" Kalow, 48, of Enid, will be 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 28, 2009, at Emmanuel Baptist Church. The Rev. Wade Burleson will officiate. Burial will be held at a later date in Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are by Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home.

He was born May 15, 1961, in Nashville, Tenn., to Jack and Betty Conger Kalow and died Monday, Aug. 24, 2009, at his home. He attended local schools and graduated from Enid High School in 1980. He worked for JC Mitchell's Oil Co. before owning and operating Oklahoma Floral for 20 years. He was executive director for Hope Outreach Ministries for more than two years. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.

Surviving are his mother, Betty, of the home; one sister, Mary Katherine "Kathy" Stowe of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; and one half-brother, Robbie Kalow. He was preceded in death by his father.
