Carol J. (Guthrie) Gregory
September 29, 1965 - June 14, 2012

Memorial service for Carol J. (Guthrie) Gregory will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Henninger-Hinson Chapel. The Rev. Vernon Lee will officiate. Burial of cremains will follow in Enid Cemetery.

Carol was born Sept. 29, 1965, in Enid to Paul and Irene (Callahan) Guthrie and died Thursday, June 14, 2012, at her home after a long fight with multiple sclerosis. She attended local Enid schools. She worked for Central Machine and Tool, the Officer's Club at Vance, and also laid fiber-optic cable for Network Communications in South Carolina until ill health forced her to retire and move back to Enid.

She is survived by her long-time companion, Byron Wright of the home; daughter, Natasha Gregory, Enid; granddaughter, Leah Marie Gregory; mother, Eileen Guthrie; sister, Linda Wipf; and brothers, Neil and Brian Guthrie, all of Enid. Also surviving are several nephews and cousins. She was preceded by her father, Paul.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to OMRF, Multiple Sclerosis division. Condolences may be made online at www.enidwe care.com. (Submitted by family)
