Mr. Farrell Dies

Joseph Farrell, age 86 years, died suddenly Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m., at his home, 723 West Randolph. Mr. Farrell had been in good health and was feeling well Friday evening. He took suddenly ill in the night and it was supposed that he died from indigestion.

Mr. Farrell came to America at the age of 21 years. He came to Oklahoma at the time of the opening of the state from Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, where he had been in the service of the Government for twenty-four years. Until ten years ago he made his home with his family near Kremlin.

He is survived by a wife, six daughters, Mrs. Ed Crabtree, of Goldston, Canada; Mrs. L.A. McConnel, of Tulsa; Mrs. C.L. Sayles, Mrs. Cash Davis, Nan and Jane Farrel, of Enid; four sons, Joe Farrel, of Kremlin, W.P. Farrell and Charlie Farrell, of San Diego and Jack Farrell of Pueblo, Colorado, Jack Farrell and Mrs. McConnell will arrive Sunday. The rest of the family will not be able to get here. The funeral will be held Monday morning at 9 o'clock from the Catholic church. Rev. Father G. DePritere will officiate. - Enid Daily News.
