Died Feb 17, 2012 in Wichita, Sedgwick, KS

Ramona J. Laubhan, 84, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend and homemaker. Mona was born October 24, 1927 and passed away Friday, February 17, 2012. She married Harry Laubhan in 1948. She was an avid reader and cared deeply about social issues, the poor and the environment. Later in life she studied the Bible intently and had a passion for discussing all of the above.

Rosary, 7 p.m., Monday, February 20; Funeral Mass, 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 21, both at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church. Graveside Service, 1 p.m., Wednesday, February 22, in the Shattuck (OK) Memorial Cemetery. Preceded in death by husband, Harry.

Survivors: sons, Jim (Melanie), Robert and Thomas; daughter, Anne; grandchildren, Christian, Mindi, Amie, Aaron, Julie, Jessica and Kris; great-grandchildren, Tyler, Tanner, Allison, Hayden and Lilly. In lieu of flowers, memorial established with St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 2701 Pattie, Wichita, KS 67216. Downing & Lahey Mortuary East.
