Linda Louise (Wilcoxson) Ashpaugh
August 1, 1954 ~ April 1, 2021

Linda Louise Wilcoxson was born August 1, 1954 to Fred and Florence Wilcoxson. She went to be with her Heavenly Father on April 2, 2021 at the age of 66 years, 7 months and one day.

Linda was raised on a farm south of Fargo, OK. She attended the Liberty Baptist Church in Fargo, where she received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at the age of eleven. After graduating from Fargo High School in 1972, she was united in marriage to Forest Arin Woods on July 29, 1972. They made their home in Gage, OK where to this union, three children were born; Tricia Louise, Frederic Arin and Chad Ellis. Linda worked as a beautician, secretary/treasurer for the First Christian Church in Gage, a substitute teacher, a Home Health Aide, a cook at Pizza Hut and Mazzios, a registrar for the Woodward Hospital, and for the 2000 Census.

On September 4, 1998, she married Leon Ashpaugh. They lived in the communities of Gage, Mooreland, Gate and Shattuck, OK.

Linda enjoyed camping, fishing, cooking and baking, scrapbooking, crocheting, cross-stitching and embroidery, and most of all, spending time with her family.

Linda is survived by her husband Leon Ashpaugh of the home; her daughter: Tricia West of Fargo, OK; sons: Arin Woods and wife Amy of Shattuck, OK; Chad Woods and wife Brandy of Montgomery, TX. Siblings: Viola Vaughn of Newport Richey, FL; Lavina Crouse of Fargo, OK; Pete Wilcoxson of Bolivar, MO; Larry Wilcoxson of Alva, OK; Mike Wilcoxson of Woodward, OK. Grandchildren: Tucker West, Madison and Jordan Woods, Randylynn, Ryanne and Forest Woods; and many other relatives and friends.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Betty Jo, and her late husband Forest.
