Janet Sue (Range) Schoenhals

June 26, 1958 ~ January 18, 2021

Janet Sue (Range) Schoenhals, daughter of Orvis and Delia (Daniels) Range was born June 26, 1958 at Garden City, KS. She passed from this life January 18, 2021 at Oklahoma City, OK. at the age of 62 years, 6 months and 23 days.

Her family lived in Kansas, Colorado and Texas before Arnett, OK. became their permanent home. Janet grew up with her three brothers in the Arnett community, enjoying time spent with her friends and attending the Apostolic Faith Church. In 1965 she began school in the Arnett Public School system and she graduated with the class of 1976. On her birthday in 1976, Janet was united in marriage to Neil Bailey at the Apostolic Faith Church in Arnett. They made their home at Vici, OK. and their union was blessed with two sons, Dustin and Jody.

Janet obtained her Master’s degree in Psychology from SWOSU in Weatherford, OK. and became a social worker and therapist. Her special interests included crocheting, painting and sculpting. On December 26, 1996 at Arnett, OK., Janet was united in marriage to Lloyd Schoenhals. They resided in Shattuck, OK. before moving to their current home in Clinton, OK. Janet was a kind, caring person who enjoyed helping others. Time spent with her family and her grandchildren made many cherished memories.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Orvis and Delia Range, a brother, Terry Range, three nephews, Heath Range, Shawn Wagner and Orlando Garza. A sister in law, Lenora Beckwith and other loved ones.

Survivors include her husband, Lloyd Schoenhals of Clinton, OK., her sons, Dustin Bailey and wife Stephanie and children Alex, Ellodie and Willow of Clinton, OK. and Jody Bailey of Oklahoma City, OK. Her brothers, Gary Range and wife Annette of Eula, TX. and Craig Range and wife Carmen of Lone Wolf, OK. Aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made towards funeral expenses in care of Shaw Funeral Home, P.O. Box 276, Vici, OK 73859.
