SEILING - A graveside service for Mike V. Anson, 89, will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Munice Cemetery, southest of Seiling. The Rev. Wesley Peterman will officiate. Arrangements are by Redinger Funeral Home.

He was born Jan. 10, 1913, in Little Robe community to Vandorn and Susan Sutton Anson and died Tuesday, June 18, 2002, at Integris Bass Baptist Health Center, Enid.

He attended Pleasant Valley and Oakwood schools and had been engaged in farming most of his life. He later became a mehanic. On April 15, 1936, he married Virginia Lee Cline at Fairview.

Surviving are his wife, Virginia of the home; one son, Thomas of Waukomis; five daughters, Jerry Anson of Broken Arrow, Barbara Robertson of Amarillo, Texas, Karen Anson of Marlin, Texas, Terry Martin of Canton and Donna Munyon of Enid; 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by one sister, three brothers, one grandson andd one great-grandson.
