THOMAS JOSEPH “TOM” WILCOX, son of Roger S. and Alaine (Kozak) Wilcox, was born August 28, 1957 at St. Anthony’s in Oklahoma City. He departed this life on Saturday, December 17, 2015 at his home at the age of 58 years.

Tom grew up in Seiling with his family where he was educated, graduating from Seiling High School with the Class of 1975. He furthered his education by attending Oklahoma University in Norman where he pursued a degree in law, graduating with a juris doctorate with the Class of 1983. He then returned to Seiling where he was a practicing attorney for many years. Tom was baptized and confirmed in the St. Thomas Apostle Catholic Church of Seiling. He enjoyed going to the library, and attended every city council meeting.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents Roger and Alaine Wilcox, and brother Paul Wilcox. He is survived by his brother Sam Wilcox of Yukon, several cousins, and many friends.
