William "Eugene" Holsapple
June 7, 1969 ~ March 3, 2014

William "Eugene" Holsapple was born on June 7, 1969 to Fred William and Marian Ellen (Pratt) Holsapple in Fairview, OK. He departed this life suddenly on March 3, 2014. He had been in a relationship with Miranda Williams for 5 years and made their home in Watonga, OK.

Eugene enjoyed spending time with his family. He centered his life around family time and made his two sons, his daughter and step-son his world. He was the kindest, funniest most pleasant person to be around no matter what was going on in his life, he would drop everything just to help anyone if they needed help. He could brighten your day even if his wasn't going very well. He was an amazing husband and an even better father. He loved working on the farm and also in the oilfield.

He is survived by his girlfriend Miranda Williams of the home; two sons, Blake Wickware and Bryce Wickware both of Watonga, OK; daughter Whytli Holsapple and step-son Peyton Williams both of the home; father Fred Holsapple of Oakwood, OK; five sisters, Lorraine Holsapple of Oakwood, OK, Sheila Miller and husband Marc of Watonga, OK, Judith Holsapple of Oakland, IA, Iris Holsapple of Oakwood, OK and Susan Holsapple of Oakwood, OK; a cousin that was raised as a brother William Howell of Oakwood, OK; as well as many other relatives; He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents; his mother Marian Holsapple and a great nephew Diamond Warrior;

A wake service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, March 6, 2014 at the Canton Native American Gymnasium. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 7, 2014 at the Oakwood Auditorium with Pastor Dusty Giles officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home, Canton. Condolences may be made online at Haigler-Pierce Funeral Home.
